Pizza In Bocca is a family run business, founded a little over 1 year ago, which started with a love and passion for Pizza making. Our woodfired Pizza trailer travels anywhere across Sydney to deliver you an authentic taste of Italy. Our ingredients are sourced from only the best suppliers, with some products home grown ourselves, such as all our herbs and spices!
All our Pizza selections have been trialled with many flavour and ingredient combinations to deliver you the perfect taste, quality and consistency. Our dough is home made, rolled, stretched and given the care it deserves. All bases are freshly made, creating a thick and airy crust, cooked to perfection at the correct temperature in our Woodfired oven.
Our unique set up sets us aside from the rest, with an in built refrigeration system, to ensure temperature control, complying to National Food standards. Our storage units and compartments, ensure we have the necessary equipment and resources on hand at any function, ensuring you have a relaxed and stress free function!
Carmelo, the founder and owner of Pizza In Bocca started his dream, through working in commercial kitchens as a Pizza hand, mastering his skill of Pizza making from a young age. This then began his dream to start his own Mobile Woodfired Catering business, delivering his family recipes, to the clients of Sydney. Working alongside family, Pizza In Bocca ensures each step our process is seamless and effortless for the client, ensuring you have a great function!
